  : Lovely welcome from Marion and Jonathan, the guest accommodation is comfortable and boasted a super long bathroom, making the most of the shape of the available space.Very good breakfasts, nice pool and wonderful views of Angouleme
  : The property has clearly been well visited and there were several places in shared areas where a lick of paint is needed. Its beginning to look a little worn. Also stair carpet needs attention soon.

  : Everything satisfactory Jonathan a good host made us very welcome. Swimming pool a nice bonus. Access to Angoulme very good.

  : It appears we stayed there during the period of selling the property which meant there was no owners there, just couple of people minding the place. Andrea was very helpful with all the info about getting around the town. It had a bit of a abandonment feeling however saying that we had the best of luck to have the whole property to ourselves for couple of days, the swimming pol was all ours and it was much needed as it was extremely hot. Luckily rooms were available to chnage on the first night because of the invasion of the big wasps or hornets which had a nest under the roof above the room. During the day we saw them flying about but did not bother us, but when at night some of them flew into our room it was very scary. I had to ask for a chnage of room as there was no way we could sleep with them flying around looking angry. The guy minding the place gave us room next door, his advice was not to open the window which was not really acceptable in this heat. Luckily second room facing the yard was wasp free and had much bigger bathroom (someone should look at the tap on the right hand side as it was wobbly). After that the stay was very pleasant. Views of the Angouleme were stunning.
  : Wasps in the room was not a nice experience but we could chnage the room luckily, not sure what would happen if the pace was fully booked.

  : The top bedroom had poor headroom and poor access with luggage. Our bedroom with a bathroom upstairs and no hand rail was challenging in the dark.
