  : Worst hotel experience I've had! Photos when I booked online didnt match, dirty tiles in the bathroom, mold over shower head. Got to switch 2 more rooms, was again dirty bathroom, and under the bed it was dust and you could see that it was easily wash over. I check in at night and checked out early morning after, and got another hotel I dont recommend this to anybody!! Stay away!

  : The furniture was so minimalist that the space for storage was practically non existent, the room looked like a prison cell.

  : Not easy to locate. Breakfast was poor, we had to ask for fruit to be replenished as it was empty, and she did this about three times for every person who came, as if it was limited. No croissants or meat or eggs, so not good value. Dinner was not available although it said it was.

  : We were totally unable to park our car near enough to be able to allow my husband to walk to the property as he has major difficulty in walking In the end we had to give up trying too park and we drove to Angouleme nord and booked in there without any problem, of course we lost our fee which we paid up front, to be quite honest I feel we were miss sold this room as no mention was made off how far you had to walk from the secure parking to get too the hotel , we have always booked with confidence with booking.com but this this has taught us a lesson .Mrs L J Haynes
