  : The hotel has everything you need for your stay. I liked the fact that there was a door to close the kitchen and bathroom area from the bedroom at night.
  : There are only a few parking spaces outside the front door, the rest are on waste ground across the road and unlit. The parking is not secured with a gate or barrier. The location isn't great, on a busy road though the room itself was quiet. A 500 metre steep uphill walk to the nearest shops and restaurants.

  : The room was a reasonable size, and there was a kitchen area with a hob, sink and fridge - we were so pleased to have a fridge in the hot weather. The beds were ok but I did find mine a bit hard - but I need a very soft bed and not everyone else would agree! The linen was good. The shower was roomy and the bathroom was very clean, as was the room. We found free parking opposite the hotel. When busy, you may have to wait and watch for a space.
  : This felt like good quality student accommodation, or a better-class hostel. Definitely a good choice for a city break where you are not spending a lot of time in the room. The apartment was at the bottom of the hill so a good 15 minute walk uphill to the town. As Angouleme is perched on top of a high hill, I can't imagine anywhere else would not have the same incline to climb to get to the town.

  : The building is beautiful and well located. The staff is lovely and very helpful.
  : The room was next to the street and we heard all the cars going by. It was badly isolated for noise and cold. The room was dark, no sunlight all day.

  : Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. Safe parking and dog friendly.
  : The. Property was good, but Angoulme was not as we hoped. The hotel was close to the river, there was much rubbish, buildings falling down, and the graffiti was everywhere. Shame.
