  : The location is convenient and the owners are really nice.
  : The property should be refurbished. At 1am the fridge started to leak water as the freezer started to unfreeze. The dirty water contaminated the food I had bought and had to throw everything.

  : Good location
  : I discovered bedbugs in my first studio and when I moved to another one the same happened again. Apparently for the first time, but now I saw some review from July 2023 telling the same story. Hard to believe Pauls story now also ridiculous that he first claimed I brought them in. The number of bedbugs proves the contrary!I was reimbursed 50% and moved out immediately after the second discovery.In addition, the place was not clean when I arrived and first thing I did was cleaning the bathroom.

  : After having booked (and payed) the accommodation were refused by the owner. The (incredible) argument was that we (77 yrs and on a long bicycle tour) were too old. The house rules said 21-77 yrs which is including 77! the communication afterwards with BOOKING the owner lied by saying that we wanted the bicycles inside (but we found already another place), and that we did not want to pay the security deposit (but during the telephonic conversation I agreed to pay it immediately). During 20 years of experience with booking a place for the night with BOOKING we have never been cheated and robbed of prepayed money like in this situation. What kind of people are these owners???

  : The location was very good and there was everything inside that you could possibly need
  : The reception was a little cold could have been the language problem. Also, the apartment was a little cluttered, standard lamp at the bottom of the bed had to move it worried in case we knocked it over in the night, and maybe too many bookcases could have done with more room in the table area

  : It is on the edge of the old town, so very near the markets, shops, cafs, restaurants etc.The bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Very well appointed, it had everything i needed, including an umbrella!
  : There was quite a bit of noise from the school across the road, especially just before 8 a.m., when the children gathered before going into school. The whole place was slightly shabby, e.g., cracked tiles, crack on cupboard door, no plug in bathroom sink, and could do with redecorating.Having to clean my room before leaving or be fined.There was nowhere to plug in one bedside lamp and i had to climb over the bed to turn the other one on. Couldn't open the bathroom door fully because of the wardrobe on one side and chest of drawers on the other side.

  : This apartment complex comprises multiple rooms, each offering a varying level of comfort and amenities. The particular unit I occupied featured a serviceable kitchen, but the beds were notably inadequate for someone of my height, standing at 6 feet 3 inches. The furnishings throughout the apartment appeared quite outdated, yet they remained functional. Unfortunately, the laundry facilities left something to be desired, as there was only one washing machine for approximately eight rooms, and no dryer available.On a positive note, the property manager or owner demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and professionalism. Their amiable nature and willingness to engage in meaningful conversations were noteworthy aspects of my experience.In terms of long-term leasing, I would not recommend it for those who prioritize practicality. I found that the pricing for this relatively compact apartment did not align with the value it offered, and, in my opinion, it was somewhat overrated for what it provided.
  : Tiny Fridge, Outdated furniture, weak flooring, weak sound insulation between rooms, faulty equipment and no cleaning services provided.

  : Number one the place was dirty number two. It was cluttered with lots of old sofa, cushions and pillows. Number three he left us three worn out old towels that look like something which should be thrown away. This was what he left us to use in the bathroom to dry ourselves. he left us one quarter of a roll of toilet paper and we had to go buy our own afterwards. The dishes were dirty and I had to rewash everything as they had food on them and the glasses had food on them that were in the cabinets and the plates had food on them and I had to rewash everything. The corners were Dust, the corners were filled with dust and cobwebs and hair from previous guest. The drain of the shower had hair from previous guest. After the first night of sleep, I thought I was bitten by mosquitoes after the second night of sleep, my body was covered even more with bites. The third night I bought some repellent for mosquitoes, and I woke up the next morning, covered with new bites, all over my face and my arms. I went to the doctor, and he confirmed that these were indeed bedbugs as the bugs were in sets of threes. no mosquito bites like this. I have pictures to prove exactly what I look like upon leaving his bedbug infested apartment. He is refusing to return the money to us. I do not recommend to do business with somebody who has such low ethical standards for taking care of guests. He has no right to treat people like this and I dont believe anybody should have to suffer the pain And the discomfort of such a filthy place and being bitten by bedbugs. I cannot sleep at night anymore because Im so worried that there everywhere I go. Im very traumatized. It cost me hundreds of dollars in doctors visits and medications and sprays and oils and dry cleaning and washing all of my beautiful clothes in 90Celsius water which ruined most of my clothes because this is too hot but its the only way to make sure to kill bedbugs.
