  : The facilities were awful - shower broken, had to fix ourselves, the oldest and worst performing hairdryer, one small bottle of water, poor air conditioning. Unclean pool.

  : My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our recent vacation to France. We started our tour in the city of Aix-en-Provence. We selected this hotel because of its pool and gardens. While we never got to swim, the pool is beautiful and heated. We did visit the jacuzzi the first night. After our long drive, it was much needed. We were a bit disappointed that it was only luke warm, as we are used to much warmer spas. The gardens and the surrounding area is well maintained and simply beautiful. The hotel room was cozy, giving us plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. We dined in the bar the first night as we only wanted a cheese plate and some wine. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. There was a selection of fruits, cereals, and eggs cooked various ways. The staff was very professional and very helpful. The only two downsides are actually finding out how to drive to it and the parking is tight, very tight. Still, the parking was very affordable. On our way out, the staff brought our luggage out to us as we drove out of the parking garage. You will definitely have a great stay here!

  : We loved the breakfasts, great choice. We loved the beautiful gardens ,a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city and the staff were very helpful. Also the pool was very relaxing. We enjoyed the brunch on Sunday.
  : The Wi-Fi was quite poor in the bedroom. The restaurant had the same menu every evening.
