  : The property is clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the water from the shower comes out so soft.
  : Check in was 3pm. My room was ready but my sister’s room was not. We arrived at 5pm (so already 2 hrs past check in time) and she had to wait an additional almost 2 hrs for their room to be ready. That was very frustrating because we had plans for that evening and wanted to be settled in and freshen up before heading out again.

  : Room with very limited dimensions not suitable for 2 people and baggages. Door-Window facing not a garden but a small and dark corner of the building full of webs and with a carpet of cigarettes stubs thrown from upstairs since months or maybe years.

  : Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
  : We booked the 3 person room, which turned out to be downstairs right next to the reception/kitchen/breakfast area (and I mean RIGHT next to). The room wasn't adequately soundproofed, so it made for a noisy few nights/early mornings. There's also only one 3 person room, so there's nowhere else to move you to if you ask.

  : Location and renovated facilities.
  : The breakfast room and organization, there was a big and noisy group in the reception area every day during the breakfast time, they entered anytime in the breakfast room even already got the meal early in the morning, they were everday waiting for the group tour in the morning. No privacy for other guests and the reception guy had to maintain the breakfast items and keep attention to the reception at the same time. We hope the hotel had some exclusive people to do that, reminding that food items requer food safety practices. It would be good a physical separation of the breakfast room and the implementation of rules for guests and hotel team.

  : Friendly staff at check-in, room and bathroom both stylish and comfortable. Conveniently located with carpark and shopping.
  : Everything is almost perfect; while try to ask for a room that is quiet. Ours was 101 right above the staircase from reception - it was very noisy that evening.
