  : Bathroom size was the largest we found in all our stays in Spain, comfortable bed and everything clean, great location specially for the restaurant.
  : Neighbor guests next door left their dog unattended a couple hours and barking consistently. Your staff was able to solve this we suppose when able to contact that guest.

  : Loved the location, close to the escalators taking us up to the old town. Also loved the gardens in front of the hotel. I liked the way the gardens were decorated. Old furniture was found thought the hotel which I thought was lovely. The room was very comfortable with a nice clean bathroom and breakfast was very good.We were able to park outside the hotel which was a bonus being so close to the old town.The photographs didnt do it justice as it was better than expected. close to the old town

  : I like the location of the room, and how spacious it was.
  : When I arrived I was told that they took visa. So with my visa debit card I tried to pay. Three attempts later, they shrugged their shoulders and said to try a different card. I was later told that they only take credit cards. When we got to the room there was no toiletries in the bathroom, we had to go down to the front desk to tell them about it. They then handed us the toiletries to put in our room. Besides that I ordered and paid for a carrot cake to arrive to the room for my boyfriends birthday. Our stay wasnt long so I ordered it for a day that we were there (Friday). We waited and even tried to contact the receptionist multiple times about the cake but no response. We then went to the front deck to ask about it and the receptionist had no idea we had a cake order and had no idea when itll arrive. At this time we had confirmation the day before for this cake. They didnt even contact the bakery to ask about it. The morning of checkout, I asked for a refund because I was charged 40 for a cake I didnt received. They tried processing my refund to my VISA card and the reader didnt want to work. Ten minutes later of attempts, the receptionist gives up and gives me cash back. This experience was one of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever experienced at a hotel. This was suppose to be a special present for my boyfriends birthday.

  : Great location. Interesting history of the property.
  : We received ticket in the parking area. We paid the meter at designated time. We selected visiting, when we should have selected neighbors. Language barrier, but traffic troll gave us a ticket even after we spoke with him. Hotel should have advised us to use the public lot 1/4 mile away.
