  : Nice sized room.
  : Huge hotel very impersonal staff, huge chaotic breakfast buffet with overflowing pushy chinese tourists swarming from every corner.

  : No furniture on balcony, would like a kettle in the room Should be glasses in room not paper cups, also outside bar, paper cups instead of glasses for wine, felt like a child , also booked a double room but had two single beds

  : All the staff we came into contact with were super, nothing too much trouble, always with a smile. The tapas and drinks in the bar were fairly priced and good value for money. The breakfast was varied and should cater for most tastes.
  : Not much, the main car park above the property as you enter doesnt have curb appeal but once inside the hotel its what you would expect. Comments about being a little tired and bad room soundproofing are correct but didnt spoil our stay. The only issue we had was with the room safe, we wasnt offered a room safe key so assume you need to request one, ours didnt work and needed changing more than once.

  : Beautiful views and excellent facilities, the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. It was a short walk to a bus stop to access the city centre.
  : After being pushed to check in online to make the process easier for us, it wasn't. We arrived a little early (1430) to be told our room wasn't ready, only to see several other arrivals checked in immediately. There may have been a genuine reason but it didn't feel good. The pool was closed for refurbishment (Late May?) and as we didn't want breakfast there was no facility to get a coffee until 1100 when breakfast was over. A few of the staff seemed somewhat aloof, very unusual in Spain.

  : The Location was OK and the pool and pool bar were pretty good, although I didnt like the strange fencing all around the pool.
  : Where to start?1) On arriving at reception, we were not offered any advice about where to park, what facilities were available, etc etc. We were just told our room wasnt ready!2) We waited over an hour around the lobby and pool waiting to receive the telephone call we had been promised to tell us that our room was ready. this was after the 15.00 check-in time. In the end we went back to reception to ask when our room would be ready, only to be told it had been ready for some time!3) When we eventually went to our room, we discovered there was only 1 plug socket at ground level available. Not ideal in this day and age!4) All we had were 2 paper cups left for our use.5) There was no complimentary water, we were expected to pay 1.50 for this privilege.6) Needless to say there no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.7) Despite asking for a double bed, we found that we had 2 x single beds.8) We only had 1 pillow each, with no extras anywhere to be found.9) We decided we would like to order room service. Nowhere in the room or on the app, were there any instructions on how to contact room service. Eventually i went back down to reception and they gave me a telephone number to ring (defeats the whole object really!!). However, despite ringing numerous times, no one ever answered, so we eventually gave up and went down to the restaurant.10) Breakfast turned out to be a bit of an ordeal. The coffee from the machine was awful, the orange juice was watery, the eggs and bacon were cold, there was no plain yoghurt, and there was only skimmed milk for the cereal.11) No one was around to clear any tables for at least 15-20 minutes, so everything looked a bit messy.and the restaurant was not busy.12) To cap it all, the hotel didnt stock any Rose wine!Overall we found the staff quite rude, giving us the impression that they were far too busy to look after us.
