  : We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and both rooms were spotlessly clean. All of the staff, reception, breakfast buffet and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were also very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold foods. They promptly supplied me with gluten-free options, as previously requested. The hotel is a short taxi ride, or a pleasant walk, (if you are fit and able to manage steep hills, and possibly cobbled pavements,) from the town centre. There is a Mercadona supermarket within a few minutes easy walk, which was convenient because there is no restaurant in the hotel, and after a long day walking, we did not always have the energy or motivation to go out to one of the restaurants nearby, but chose to eat in our room instead. The train station and bus station are both within 20 minutes walk, and we used the train to go to Madrid.
  : We managed to secure a space in the underground parking, but later realized that this was not even in the same building as the hotel. This meant that all of our luggage had to be carried through the streets, and up a hill, or steps to the front of the hotel, then on to our room. Whilst we could possibly, with previous knowledge of the area, have unloaded our luggage directly in front of the hotel, access to this is difficult on a very busy road, and after two failed attempts to negotiate this manoevre, we ended up parking at a meter in the street, whilst we got booked in and obtained a place in the carpark.

  : Grumpy staff- (Mr J your place is not at reception), very tired furniture, mouldy shower tray and bathtub. Wrong info at check in- we turned up for breakfast at 10:33 to be told it finished at 10:30 (we were told breakfasts were served until 11am).

  : Very comfortable and well located hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom and public rooms were very clean and tidy. Parking available at the hotel for 15 euros a night. Also an additional 20 Euros charged for our dog. About a 10 minute walk to the old town of Toledo which is fabulous.
  : Whilst there were tea/coffee making facilities there was only sufficient for one cup each.

  : Hotel was very spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very professional. We requested a non-smoking room and we were placed in a smoking room. We were immediately changed. Parking garage was close by. Approx. 15 min. walk to town.
