: modern, clean, laundry and kitchen so if you want to have an alternate to staying at a hotel it is awesome
: if you are driving/have a car, its inconvenient as the parking is at a public parking about 10mins walk away so if you have luggage, make sure to drop them off first before going to the parkade. However, as I was traveling solo I couldnt do that as there was nowhere to stop the car in front of the building to unload by myself without leaving the car unattended

: The absence of air conditioning meant that on some nights it was necessary to open windows for comfort. The external noise levels (traffic, street noise, early morning building works) were a bit of nuisance, but we were fore-warned of this. I reckon it could be greater issue in high season - hotter weather, noisier street life at night.

: The property is a beautiful apartment with everything that anyone could need . It is luxury.
: The street that it is located on is extremely noisy. I cannot understand that a relatively new apartment hasnt got Air Con we were supplied with a portable electric fan.

: We had to collect the apartment keys from an office in another part of the city. As my husband has very poor mobility this was very difficult. I had asked for earlier check in and when I phoned Feel Free office I was told they would try. Unfortunately on arrival the receptionist would not even consider my request. We literally had to sit outside for two hrs while we waited for the keys. Then get a taxi to the apartment. My husband was exhausted. I also didnt understand I would be charged 350 as a deposit and had to pay tax on top of the apartment cost. A very expensive two day stay! I dearly wish I had understood this when I booked or I would have booked a hotel which would need no extra transfers or waiting time and probably been better value.
