  : The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending.
  : You really needed a car to get about. No lunch menu other than a cheese or ham sandwich, very basic. Some staff were fantastic one member of staff very unhelpful. Hotel was tired and needed a thorough update. Feel they needed more staff.

  : Stunning location, very peaceful. Beautiful buildings. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Quality of the food and wine excellent, and reasonably priced. We chose this hotel as it was only minutes away from our daughters wedding venue.
  : Surprisingly lunch was not provided at the hotel which was a shame due to the remote location. We were provided with a ham and cheese baguette but there was no other option. We booked a taxi to take us to a nearby town which was a 10 minute drive away. Hours later the hotel staff advised that the taxi could only come at a different time which was either too early or too late for our dinner reservation. It meant we had to drive to the village. Im not sure if the hotel was under staffed but the serving staff appeared unhappy

  : Fabulous breakfast. Room was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the countryside. Location was very quiet and peaceful. The nearest restaurants were in Orient about 5 minutes drive from the hotel.
  : Ate there one evening. Food was lovely but we had to wait ages for each course.

  : A bit of a damp smell in our room, but apart from that, it was a beautiful hotel and very peaceful and tranquil location. It would have been lovely to have the tennis courts in action.

  : I really feel that when you stay for two days your room compliments of water and coffee should be replenished. Was disappointing to have to go and get coffee at the bar to bring back to our room.
