  : Lovely building
  : The hotel is up for sale and it shows. We only ever saw 1 staff member who was delightful. The kitchen is closed, for breakfast you are given a voucher to go to a local bakery to receive a croissant and coffee etc.

  : Beautiful and spacious bedroom/ bathroom/ foyer entrance to the rooms with balcony overlooking the street. Lovely tiles in bedroom with modern four poster bed. Room no 3. Loved location of Soller, surrounded by majestic mountains.
  : Street could be a little bit noisy, but it didnt actually spoil our stay. Sun umbrellas up on sun terrace were a bit torn, maybe time for a new one.

  : The location was definitelly perfect, very close to the main street/square.The room was very clean and confortable.Nicole, who was waiting for us, was very nice.They provide towels if you want to go to the beach in port soller, what is very gentle.
  : There is no place to park the car.But parking a car in soller is a challenge. They provide a parking lot (eur$ 15.00/day) and it really pays because virtually all the cars in the city are scratched.There is no doubt the room was very clean. But sometimes there was an unpleasant smell.We had breakfast in a bakery. It's close to the hotel and the food was great. But ...you have to wait in line with other customers and it can be a little bit unconfortable because you have to choose quickly what to eat while people are there waiting for just buying a bread. Don't wait for sympathy.

  : The location is very good, the staff is friendly and the hotel is very charming.
  : Unfortunately the mattress is too soft for me. I had back and shoulder pain from the first night. As I consider a comfortable mattress to be one of the pillars of a good stay, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who, like me, sleeps on a firm mattress.

  : This hotel was absolutely not worth the 200+ a night. It felt more like a hostel, with breakfast in a bakery every other day - not what you'd expect from a high end hotel. When we arrived our room had a damp smell covered up with room spray. There was also v aggressive signs everywhere in the bathroom saying that if you get ANYTHING like make up or suncream etc on the towels you will be charged for them. On our 2nd to last night we turned on the aircon and the whole room smelt like sewage. We text the reception and they said they would sort it out the next day. They said they'd move us into another room. We had to leave early in the morning for a trip and when we returned we were told they had given our room away to someone else and that something had died in our aircon but that it wasn't removed and we were expected to stay there again that night. Customer service was really appauling, and we were left having to stay another night as there were no other options in Soller at 8pm at night. Unfortunately would really not recommend staying here.

  : The beds were very comfortable with crisp linen. Bathroom was very clean and with thick,soft towels. The beach towels provided were a nice touch. The staff were friendly.
  : It is described as a hotel but it is not. Its a guesthouse with very limited space downstairs, no lounge or bar facilities. The only soft seating is as you come in the door and useful to await a taxi. We were irritated that on 3 mornings of our week stay breakfast was provided in a nearby bakery and limited to over the counter products. Breakfast when provided in the accommodation was acceptable, although again little variation and measured portions.
