Disappointing

  : We stayed in the Apartamentos Guanarama from 7-14 February 2023 and there were several disappointing elements to our stay at the above apartment: The toaster in the apartment tripped the mains every time we turned it on and there was no bottle opener. We reported it to reception at the hotel and, to be fair, it was sorted quickly. The icebox door in the fridge was broken. There was no Wi-Fi available. The front bedroom had no curtains. As a result, we had to hang clothes at the window as people were outside the window using the lockers and could see in. There was no hot water in the sink in the one of the shower rooms. There were no bathmats. In the advertisement is said that there was plenty of parking, but we found it very difficult to find a parking space. The one day we took the car out, it took us 45 minutes to find a space. If we had known that, we would not have hired a car in the first place, therefore saving us over 400.00. The cleaner left the front door open one morning. We reported it to the hotel reception the and was met with indifference and the man on duty just shrugged his shoulders and said that there was nothing he could do The apartment flooded after a downpour and several items were water damaged There is a problem with cockroaches There were no table lamps in the bedrooms

  : Cockroaches in abundance most likely entering through the large holes in bottom of doors.Noisy neighbours.The most uncomfortable couch we have ever sat on.No WiFiThe slats (supports under the mattress) of the bed could only support the weight of my 8 year old. They collapsed if anyone else sat on the bed
