  : Nothing much really being honest. Main rep was nice and tried his best to entertain, and all round nice guy. The lifegaurd for the first 3 days was nice and provided toys and equipment to help our kids play in the pool. A Heavy Lifeguard came day 4 of our stay i think and was recording kids at the pool. We contacted management and told them but he did nothing. Also have videos of this
  : Small spiders all over the apartment Had to ask for clean bed sheetsHad to ask for clean towels.All stairs (we had 2 kids in buggies)(not the hotels fault but not suitable for kids been honest.Lifegaurd (heavy guy) was recording kids playing at the pool. We did not use the pool while he was there again. Also have a video of him doing so.Food served to us was completely raw. Pink and freezing cold served to my 3 year old son. Chips tough to chew. We handed back 2 raw burgers and raw chips. I left my club sandwich just incase

  : The location is ideal for local bars and restaraunts, large pool and plenty of beds. The room was presentable and clean with a large bathroom. The bedroom had a good size wardrobe and shelves for a weeks holiday. There were 3 options for catering which gave everyone good flexibility. Breakfast only, half board and All inclusive. We only had breakfast breakfast which had a good choice for all nationalities.There is a laundrette on site for additional washing. Overall the room was good for this standard of resort.
  : Althougth the pool area is a good size the pool and surounding area requires some serious repairs and maintenance. The main down side for us was the steps to all the apartments. We requested a lower apartment as we are in our mid 60's but were refused, this was clearly not the case as there were several apartments that stayed empty during our stay. Unfortunatly, the internet is poor and not worth buying. Although breakfast has a wide choice the hot food was always just warm. The worst incident we had, our room was cleaned prior to our checkout and our remaining items we left on the side for our journey were thrown in the bin. Thankfully they recovered them and reimbursed me for the water and jiuce they had emptied down the sink.
