  : The receptionist came out whilst we were deciding what to do, we were either going to find another hotel or drag our luggage around. Eventually, he came out and we were able to drop off our bags into a safe locker space. It was appreciated by us but it was not a very professional or welcoming attitude from a member of the hotel team.
  : Reception were very hostile, bad mannered towards us as we were quite early. We were adamantly told that we were early and to come back later at a specific time. Not very welcoming hotel. The maisonette was above a restaurant, extremely hot due to both the food establishment and the weather. Lack of sleep whilst at this hotel. Very noisy until closing time with the constant hum of the extractor fans going. The patio doors on the entrance to the maisonette was very noisy and was hard to open, did not feel safe to leave your valuables in the maisonette due to the door.

  : A nice collection of around 104 self catering apartments, set around a central court yard with swimming pool, pool bar, sun loungers and sports courts. Inside a basic, but adequate kitchen with enough to make an omelet, or sandwiches, for example. Also downstairs, sofa, coffee table and dining table. To the front a terrace, rather than balcony, which was lovely as you could walk straight over to the pool.
  : Really bad attitude from reception. I was technically traveling solo, but had several friends coming over around the same time, due to work schedules, some staying in the same apartment complex, some not. On my second day, I invited two friends (a couple) over for 11am, for a coffee and a catch up on the terrance (balcony) before we would go out for lunch a little later. Reception wouldn't allow them in the complex, I went down and explained that they were two friends, we were going to have a coffee before heading out for lunch. I was then very abruptly dressed down and told no guest were allowed. I explained that we weren't using the pool, etc, "They are not even allowed in reception". I put it down to someone having a bad day. Check out was at 12 noon, and friends who were staying a few days longer than me, offered to let me leave my case in their apartment, so we could have a nice final afternoon out without me needing to take my bag, and so I could also freshen up before my flight, 9 hours later. I checked out, left my key and was politely asked why I had no luggage; I explained, before returning to my friends, then heading out about 30 minutes later, with the same receptionist giving us a polite smile as we left. So far, so good. On returning I was challenged on who I was, and explained that I had been staying for 8 nights, and my friends, who are staying a few more days had kindly let me leave my luggage in their room, I was returning with them to get it. I was very abruptly told that I should have left at checkout and I was not allowed in. I wasn't in the mood, so said 'I've been staying all week, and my bags are in their room, and I am getting them' and continued and nothing further happened. An hour later, I came down as my taxi was due and a completely different person on reception was really helpful, said my driver had just come in to get me, and walked me out to the taxi.

  : Great location, acceptable amenities.
  : It is a pity that there is no integrated air conditioner. Although there is a possibility to rent. Too little sound insulation if you want to rest and others decide to spend a longer evening on the terrace

  : Kitchen was well equipped. Nice gardens. The cleaning ladies were very nice & changed our towels every other day
  : No air conditioning & with temperatures of 28C at 03.00hrs that was really uncomfortable. A small fan was provided but wasn't much good. Had to pay extra money to rent a parasol & seat cushions for our terrace/patio! 15 per item per week is not good. Electric socket between beds didn't work on arrival & despite reporting it to reception immediately it didn't get fixed in our 6 days there.Internet went down Friday evening & still wasn't on by 11am Saturday.Bathroom door falling apart - needs replacing.Swimming pool in disrepair with lots of missing tiles & green round the edges. Paint flaking away around the edges too. Many of sun beds saggy & uncomfortable. Not many parasols around the pool for the amount of sun beds.Our apartment backed onto a restaurant that had very loud entertainment on till very late. We didn't have a choice of moving as the hotel was full.

  : Stay in there for four nights,it was OK,hotel location is good,close to the local shop and restaurant,I think for 1 or 2 people is really good just need some refurbishment on some areas but overall happy with this choice
  : Need some work with screwdriver in kitchen on some doors and drawers
