  : The pool was lovely & the sun chairs were really comfortable. Good selection of food at the buffet for breakfast & dinner. All the staff were very helpful & friendly especially Carlos at reception. Hotel is in a great location too.

  : I Love it everything about the hotel. The location was great-> nearby the English beach, bus station..The food was perfect, very tasty and every day different dishes.( halb pansion-drinks are not included in the diner). The hotel was clean. Great rooftop with jackuzzi. Reception personal very frendly and helpfull.
  : We were 10nights and the bed sheets haven't been changed at least onceOne of the waiter with name "Selem" was rude and impolite while whole other kitchen and bar employees were nice frendly and proffesional.

  : The hotel was very nice on average, well furnished and the pool area is lovely as well. My personal highlight was the buffet as it was very diverse. I really appreciated the curtesy room the staff provided for us to have a final shower after checking out. The gym is also very convenient and functional, I used it almost every day.Most of the staff was super friendly, I would like to thank the animation, Douglas and Sarah who always had a smile, the waiters, Epig, Alexis, Salem and Eniko, who were super efficient and friendly as well. They really helped me feel comfortable.
  : As I said above most of the staff was nice but I was really disappointed by most of the receptionists, some of them were even rude which gave me a bad first impression of the hotel.The lifts are quite old and there are only two of them for 8 floors and many rooms in each floor so I was using the stairs most of the time.

  : The property is in a good location away from the noise from playa del ingles
  : I have stayed many times at the hotel but NEVER AGAIN I paid for pool view room and that wasnt the case first night plug sockets not working in the ink sink blocked air conditioner not working and also paid extra for safe didnt work manager Mr Pedro extremely rude and unhelpful told me they needed more time to prepare. I have stayed many times as this hotel but never again it made me extremely unwell with arthritis from all of the stress staying here breakfast time I would go for breakfast staff extremely keen in removing my tea from my table before I got my breakfast Across the room. I had to keep nagging and nagging about things not working in the room extremely stressed out first night as passport and money in the room no safe working. I was also told I would get a free meal in the end they knocked off 40 euros from the people disgusting

  : The breakfast and pool area were exceptional as was the location for visiting the local amenities.
  : Disappointed with the size of the room and general cleanliness of the room, bedding and towels were very old and in need of renewing. Given the cost of a deluxe sea view room it was not what we expected.
