  : I didnt like the fact I had no input regarding my my room allocation. I could hear noises above my apartment on three nights consecutively, which meant I couldnt sleep well. I feel families should be allocated on the ground floor

  : This is the 4th time we stay and we feel like home.
  : Ground floor has a smell of humidity but nothing serious. Wireless connection is unstable some TV channels sometimes do not work

  : The check in process . We arrived early at midday and left the luggage at the mini reception. on the booking website it says that check in time is from 3 pm but the men working there said call at 3.30 pm because apartment is not ready. we were waiting for the staff 1 hour at the parking in the sun and called many times to the number provided . Men said 5 minutes then 10 minutes. We are very busy. Finally we got to the apartment at 5pm. We wasted 2 hours and we missed our time on the beach. Not professional at all. We paid a lot of money and customer should be priority. It's not our problem that they don't have enough staff. No air conditioning is a minus as well.

  : We were met in a few minutes by a staff member on site, he was polite and efficient and we were in the apartment within 15 mins of arrival, even though it was several hours before checking in time! All staff on site were happy and polite and we always greeted one another. Initially we didnt want a ground floor apartment but it was totally perfect! Easy access to the pool and we swam or lounged in it everyday after the beach; unlike many other places we stay, when we stick to the naturist beach at kiosk 3, a mere 15 min stroll, including the dunes stretch at Cafe Mozart. The whole place was a joy, so comfortable and stylish. Kitchen was great and we cooked often, a real home from home. Wed walked past the Datasol apartments many times and thought they look great and we werent disappointed!
  : Our hot water was a little off-colour when we arrived. But at 1am Sunday morning we thought it had started raining, we leapt out of bed (as it doesnt rain often), the boiler had started leaking heavily and uncontrollably and it had tripped the power out. We called the number and 2 staff were there in 10 mins!! They said the following day someone would sort it. If this was UK, there would be no chance on a Sunday. We were on holiday so we thought oh well lets go to the beach and hope its sorted when we come in. There was a brand new boiler, water normal colour and the apartment was now perfect again! If its an issue. The Wi-Fi was dodgy in half the apartment. I think due to the thick walls.
