  : 1- we arrived on a late evening around 22 a clock, tired, with 3 kids after us, and we were not given as expected from a 5 stars hotel the welcome drinks. Next day - we saw that actually the hotel has this service offering a range of juices and Mot and Chandon champagne but we were completely ignored that evening by the receptionist that was rushing us into our rooms as it was late. We felt a bit disappointed and we gave the situation a minus as the first impression counts a lot. 2- poor housekeeping - towels and the robes not replaced daily after use. As we were 5 peoples,we run out of towels!3- minibar- drinks and snacks not replaced daily 4- no mosquito nets at sliding doors. I cannot imagine how is in the summer when wasps/mosquitos might come by.

  : Nothing. This is not a 5 star hotel. My room smelled like old carpet and the bed was 2 single begs pushed together that kept separating. Awful experience.

  : Room- We booked a premium triple room with Sea view for 3 people (friends). The room was great, 3 single beds (2 main ones & extra bed added to the room). The room was clean, and well organised, smart TV, a great bathroom and the best of it is the Balcony with the sea view which was incredible. Also the rooms are soundsproof so rarely heard any of our neighbours unless they are sat in the balconies. Breakfast - Good continental breakfast with options to order eggs. It was fresh, well prepared and service was great. Large selections of fresh juices which was brilliant plus alcoholic options like prosecco, wine or Champagne are available. Desserts were available as well which was a good addition. Only remark would have been around having more options for breakfast i.e. more cheese, or slice options Amenities - Direct access to the beach, which was handy, clean and enjoyed it there. Bit busy as its not jus exclusive to the hotel also you have to have tickets to have sun lounges. Pool looked good and with sunbeds looking over the sea - didn't use the outdoor pool but looks great. Spa was handy and enjoyed the use of it. you have to book in advance as it can hold maximum 6 people which wasn't convenient at times when it was booked up or having to share with others as its a small place with has a pool, sauna, steam. Sauna can hold max 3 people at a time, steam can hold 6 and so is the pool. The most we enjoyed was the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink with service from the lobby cafe. amazing sea view where you can chill and enjoy some sun while overlooking the beaches, island edges and other places along the coast. Staff - extremely friendly and helpful, you get greeted with a drink of your choice, wine, champagne, water or juice while you are checking in. Luggage gets handled and taken to the room or to storage if you arrive before the check-in time. Great ideas mostly recommended by staff for excursions and places to eat/visit.
  : Breakfast options - If more options regarding breakfast was included, it would have been better - not saying it was bad as I thoroughly enjoyed it but if you had rotating options on each day that would have made it better. If I was staying in for more than 2/3 nights I wouldn't have enjoyed having the same breakfast every day with no change.
