  : We liked everything from the service staff to the comfort levels of the room. Location was very central as well.
  : Lack of onsite parking and the position our chosen room type was unfortunately facing the main road and most days we were awaken by crowds of students, or children or commuters, we could not really tell. Also, it was a pity the restaurant was not open for dinner during our weeklong stay.

  : Wonderful location, excellent service from the professional staff and a beautiful building. We were on the third floor and as the picture shows, the windows are very small, so very light natural light. This was good because the room was quiet, cool and dark when sleeping. This hotel has five star service
  : For the rooms we stayed in, cheapest option, the Bathroom situation is a bit odd, would be nice to have a proper door to the toilet

  : Very clean, great service, lady who welcomed us was wonderful throughout the stay, very courteous and great at her job. Location is great. Breakfast is good and caters to different tastes, with meals being made to order as well as continental. Spa was wonderful as was rooftop section, nice to get drinks ordered there as well. Loved our stay and would defo be back xx
  : It would have been a 10/10 experience had we got the chance to dine in the restaurant, however it was closed during our stay.

  : Elegant, quiet, located in central area with access to walking to many places.
  : In the future, it may be a good idea to add heat to the spa on the rooftop. She Jacuzzi was not temperature controlled. It was a good set up to have a nice bar and restaurant but there was no service that I was aware of. But the potential is great.

  : This is a great boutique hotel in the central area of the city Palma. Even though I wanted to check in earlier, the staff at the reception were helpful. I got a penthouse apartment. According to the description, there should also have been a bidet, but it wasn't there. When I wanted to look at another room, they was showing me, but they weren't as sexy as this rooftop one. I'm not entirely sure about the cleanliness of the top hot tub on the roof of the hotel, which you always have to book. The same applies to the tiny spa with sauna, which is on the ground floor of the hotel. If someone was there before me, I'm not entirely sure if the cleaning service had time to prepare the spa or hot tub to be hygienic. Of course you always got clean towels or drinks. But I'm afraid that the cleaning of the hot tubs or the sauna was not completely perfect. Breakfast was fine, they made an omelette to order. You could definitely enjoy, for example, dragon fruit or Spanish specialties. Room cleaning was perfect. I really recommended. I hope I will return there soon. And just one thing: I pay for six nights in the main season 2250. Im really expect about this servis must be for 100%. Always!
  : I have described everything essential. In no way did I have a negative impression of this great hotel. And my feeling about the cleanliness of a sauna or hot tub can be purely subjective

  : The staff were exceptional. The hotel reception area is very attractive & welcoming.
  : The room was exceptionally small.There was no restaurant. There wasn't even bar.Our room was very noisy from the room overhead.

  : Very well presented boutique hotel, in a good location. Central enough to walk everywhere in Palma, but still a quiet area with nice breakfast and lunch places around. Jos on front desk was especially helpful. Great shower!
  : The room is a little small; door to the bathroom isnt very effective.
