: Excellent location. Beautiful premises, lovely high ceilings and the underground pool was a delight. Bar area was really nice to sit and have a drink in and we enjoyed the breakfasts on the whole.
: I found the bed very firm, could feel buttons of mattress through the sheet. Pillows were synthetic and all rather firm even the soft option when requested.

: Staff didnt make feel welcome. We assumed that just my husbands passport would be sufficient and myself and children wouldnt need outs. I felt like a criminal and potential child kidnapper for not having our ID. Which we left in our second home in Pollensa. We gave our Spanish ID numbers but was told this wasnt enough. I then found a copy of my passport on an email document which was sufficient but then the children had to supply their ID. They would not let us email once we got home the next day as they couldnt guarantee we would do that. Luckily after searching through emails etc I eventually found a copy of my childrens ID. This took a good hour! And we were just sat in reception not taken any further into the hotel. There was building work literally outside our window at 8am!!! The key cards to the rooms didnt work so we thought we would leave our belongings in the room and head to the restaurant for lunch while we wait. We sat at a dining table and there was nothing the children wanted so the lady said we have casual food if you want to look at the menu. We looked and the children found what they would like, (burgers) my husband and I wanted something off the restaurant menu. We were told we could no longer sit at the dinning table and had to sit on a sofa and a low table to eat off. There was no one else in the restaurant and the sofa was right next to the dining table. The children would have made a lot of mess with a burger bent over onto a low table and it would not have been a comfortable meal. We left and went elsewhere for lunch. The next day for breakfast I ordered my daughter (whom I already filled out a form to confirm she is anaphylaxis to nuts) pancakes with fruit as described on the menu. The waitress delivered it to her with Nutella all on it and commented she has a nut allergy doesnt she?! I found the whole experience upsetting and from the moment we walked through the door felt unliked and unwelcome. I would not stay here again.
