  : Very friendly staff, tips on restaurants, destinations and offer to call taxis etc.Right next to the city beach. If you walk a bit further, you can find beatiful natural beaches with few people and crystal clear water.Bus lines to Palma / airport right next to the hotel.We had a quite room even in this central location, it was located to the yard.In the end, it was a perfect base for our three day trip to Mallorca.
  : Deposit 100 (of course you get it back almost right away if you dont break anything) is required and the process is tedious - at least for credit card.You have to enter the number and ccv on some untransparent site. In the end, everything was ok, but still red flag.If it werent for this, I would prob rate 9-10One of the matresses was a bit laid up. The corridor doors did not isolate neither light nor sound very well.

  : It was not rainig inside the room.
  : This hostel was full of completly drunk and stoned germans, french and british. Some were too drunk to open the doors so they slept on the corridor or even outside. They had a full night party at our floor. We were group of 6 and none of us was able to sleep that night at all. Other group played very loud music from 3.30 am. They played it on 4th floor and we couldnt sleep on the 1st floor. It was so loud. This was the worst hotel/hostel experience i have ever had in my life.The worst part of this hostel is that this is an ongoing situation. The receptionist told us thst the have plenty of guests like that. Most if the hostel around are the same.If you value your mental health, you want to sleep at night at all or you dont want to step on dirty, drunk idiot when you open your room doors please avoid this hostel.

  : Very clean, good smelling, comfortable bed, great stuff. The lady at the reception is very friendly! She and the Hostal del Plata is very well organized! The atmosphere is so nice here.The room had a very nice temperature whenwe arrived. Quite street. Check out the Tapas bar just around the corner!
  : Just small things :) There was a ticking or clicking in the room. Not sure where it came from. Like if there was a clock. But for most of the people no problem. Im just sensitive about that ;)The door of the room was not that thick so we could here people leave in the morning. But also that: no big deal. Just keep in mind that you need to be a little more quite to not disturb your neighbors.

  : The property is well located, literally 3 min walk from the beach and bus stop 25 that takes you to Palma. There are many locals restaurants around it and a Lidl 10 min walk. The hotel is quiet and very clean. The room was perfect size for 2 people.Fernanda the owner is simply amazing...she was extremely friendly she also speaks italian and English.She recommended some nice restaurants, not the usual tourists trap. I would suggest anyone to stay at this hotel...we really felt like home and we have often spent some time chatting to Fernanda who really is an amazing person.Until next time

  : Staff were very friendly, especially Martina. My flight was very early so she booked me a taxi to the airport at 4:45am. The room was fine, comfortable bed and small balcony. I would stay again.
  : If you have heavy luggage then I recommended booking a lower floor room because there is no lift.
