  : the hotel was beautiful and clean, with good facilities but thats about it
  : Some of the staff were very rude, unhelpful, slow, unprofessional and inhospitable. Especially one lady at the hotel called Chisca who works by the main pool bar. she was very rude to me and my boyfriend on the first day, seems to really hate her job and has poor customer service skills. We were really looking forward to this holiday and were very much disappointed by in general the Mallorcan hospitality and will never be coming back. this wasnt our first experience of Mallorca but it was by all means the worse one. the food at the sky bar was good, however the food at the pool bar at lunch was inedible, frozen and overpriced. we left some feedback and was only contacted by the sub director 4 days later which we responded to immediately and she didnt respond again for 3 days. if you go, whatever you do, please do not book through TUI at the hotel. we booked a private charter which was supposed to be for max 8 people for 130 each with drinks and food provided. the boat was tiny ( for max 4-5 people) and there was 12 of us on the boat, not having anywhere to sit, the skipper was not friendly, my partner was planning on proposing on the boat where they promised him champagne or at least sparkling wine which they didnt supply and completely ignored the promises they have made. the hotel staff are very slow at responding, there were some staff especially at spa that were really friendly but unfortunately that didnt make up for the bad service we have already experienced. people at the concierge desk should learn some manners, two of the women were laughing at other guests as they left the desk, really obviously, which we found very unprofessional.

  : Great hotel with a number of different pools. We did half board and found breakfast & dinner had plenty of variety. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was great! Plenty of free parking directly outside the hotel and on-street nearby if needed. Location was about 10 min drive from the airport and there was a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away which was also really convenient.
  : It was quite a walk from the room to the reception, however we did have the rooftop restaurant nearby so that helped. Ive not experienced not being able to drink your own water by the pool before.

  : Great location as a base to explore Palma. The hotel complex is low rise and attractively landscaped. The facilities, including spa were excellent. Breakfast was very good (we didn't have dinner). The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, spotless and smart. The bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed.

  : Property is amazing only downside was the spa facilities and there was a lot of guests naked in the facilities which was quite off putting there were clear signs saying when using the faculties you must wear swimwear but this was ignored which is slightly off putting. Food was amazing and loads of choice
  : Having to pay for a key safe. Some of the chefs were stingy with their portions at the buffet
