: Facilities and restaurant by the marina is a great place to be.
: We have been assigned room no.1 that doesnt have a view as promoted. So check it when booking so you wont have surprise.

: Comfortable, clean, nice view, free kayaking and stand up paddle boarding included in stay.
: Does not have 24 hour reception, so beware of this. You have to self check in if you arrive after 6 pm. If you store your luggage, and need to retrieve it after 6 pm, you need to call a number. It took 4 tries for them to answer my call. And another 10 minutes for them to arrive. There was also loud construction during my stay, so that woke me up in the morning. Staff was friendly and gave me free breakfast to make up for it, but I would have rather received a partial refund.

: The breakfast was kind of small and it was already prepared for you, so you couldnt chose what you want to have.

Very Poor

: The place around was so nice a beautiful
: We didnt check in yet and another couple came to our room with the key! The receptionist gave them the key and we were still there! The cleaning people every morning make noise and knock in your door and this is unacceptable

: Beautiful place! Good food and nice breakfast. Good bus connections. All basic services near like laundry, car rental, restaurants.
: Booked room with sea wiew, but received at port wiew. No refund. Honeymoon informed, but nothing special welcoming at the room etc.

: Lovely quiet, relaxing hotel in the marina. Great infinity pool with a small bar selling the best mojitos! Plenty of sunbeds/parasols and clean, fresh towels. Bruno restaurant was great for lunch. Lots of little restaurants close by. A few beautiful (quiet) bays with beach restaurants within easy walking distance. Bus to Palma stops right outside hotel and are very regular.
: The noise from the reception area during the early mornings. Our balconies overlooked what seemed to be the maintenance workers' area and this was also quite noisy. One of us was allocated an accessible room which didn't really suit our stay.

: Lovely hotel in Palma. Stand out in this particular neighbourhood. We booked a room with a sea view and the view did not disappoint. The hotel premises offer a lot of things to do. Two restaurants including a terrace, water sports, a small port and a tiny beach next to it. Bus stop is right outside of the hotel and there are several restaurants and bars are nearby. A big grocery store within walking distance.
: I would say breakfast was disappointing. It is extremely limited and without any choice (whatever the restaurant offers you - anything extra is chargeable). Also the balcony in sea view room could benefit from the chairs to sit.
