  : I recently stayed at MLL Bay hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I would rate it 1 star out of 5, and that single star is solely for the pleasant staff, the hotel's scenic view, but unfortunately, everything else fell short.Firstly, the breakfast left much to be desired. While there was a variety of options, the quality was disappointing. Most items seemed uninspired and were often undercooked. Even the coffee was akin to something you'd find in hospital vending machines.The room was outdated and poorly lit, making it uncomfortable. The beds were far from cozy, although the air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was a letdown for a three-star hotel; I've seen better in hostels. To make matters worse, there was no shampoo available, and when we inquired at the reception, they suggested using hand soap for hair and body a ridiculous solution.Room service was non-existent due to a malfunctioning room telephone. The pool's closing time at 6 PM was inexplicable; it should be open 24/7 for guests who want to swim at their convenience.Additionally, the lack of a fridge in the room meant that if you were thirsty or needed refreshments during the night, you had to trek down to the reception area and then find a vending machine.The constant malfunctioning of the room card was a daily frustration, especially on the 5th floor. Every day, we had to obtain a new key from the reception to access our room.Furthermore, the hotel didn't offer free parking, and the daily charge of 10 euros added to our expenses. Finding parking in the area was also challenging. All in all, my experience at MLL Bay hotel was marred by numerous disappointments and inconveniences, and the only redeeming factor was the beautiful view.

  : The decor is old. One night my neighbours were really noisy but not hotels fault. Breakfast pastries werent v good. All minor things
