: Nice hotel with a rooftop terrasse for adults only and with a small pool. Very nice pool at ground floor too. Nice decorated room with a small balcony.
: We kindly asked for a balcony without evening sun, but didn't get it. It wasn't possible to close the Glassdoor into the bathroom properly - and in general one is rather exposed when in the bathroom.

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: New hotel, spacious and well designed rooms, 3 min walk to the Beach
: Unacceptable service, we were treated like 2nd class guests, tried to order lunch 5 min before end of the kitchen times and were rejected while guests ordering directly before us got food served, another time it took them 10mins to tell us that we cannot get any snack, while there is not enough staff over the day, during breakfast and dinner staff is standing and chatting with each other very loudly right next to you, very unprofessional behavior, at end of breakfast and dinner staff is cleaning your table while you are still eating, at the end of breakfast and dinner time they are switching the lights out, you get the feeling that they want to kick you out badly, afterwards the staff themselves will sit in the restaurant and eat, very bad picture for a relaxing holiday atmosphere! other guest also complaining about waiting times at the barfresh towels often had stains on themwe never got our welcome drink, because the front desk was too busy
