  : We stayed in the Fergus section which is separate from the hotel, had access to a separate restaurant and pool we could use that the others couldnt. Nice and clean !
  : When we checked in it took us 2.5 hours as they had put lots of people up who had issues with there plane . Even though we booked directly we had to wait in line with everyone else which was awful. Im also 28 weeks pregnant so this wasnt ideal at 1:30 in the morning.By the time we got checked in and got to our room it was 4:30!! I mentioned to the desk Im pregnant and booked directly unlike the rest so can I check in first. He called his manager who said no. I had to wait in line like everyone else .There was children asleep all over the couches which I understood why, however I had to sit on the floor for an hour. The main food hall is like a cattle market too. Thankfully we had access to the other restaurant so decided to dine in there instead.

  : The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Josefa from the Restaurant on Magnus area. The restaurant had plenty to offer from, and the bar from the pool it was really nice. The rooms have an amazing balcony

  : Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice warm continental breakfast was provided every morning. The hotel was located 30mins drive from Palma airport. But there is a beach and market nearby. Hotel also runs a shuttle service to the nearest beach.
  : The bathroom was smelly sometimes, particularly at night.

  : Great food, lovely staff. Rooms were a basic with no tea or coffee but kettle and cups were there. Room service was good and overall good value for money if you dont have to pay for two room in place of one.
  : We were asked to take two rooms because my daughter was sixteen son 11, but she was allowed to sleep with us through out our stay in a family suite which accommodates 4 and has four beds. The manger said its Spain policy 16 year old is counted as adult. She couldnt have slept alone or us separately on a family holiday. Just because of the policy I paid 1300 extra for a room which I did not use at all. So much in the name of policy. We were in Barcelona in a family suite with same number of people and no one said anything about policy etc. I think it was a rip off .. four nights for a room which we did not use at all!! Our stay was good but the money for an empty room pinched me a lot! My hard earned money gone to waste!
