  : The Location of the apartment was on Gran Via which was a fantastic and central location to explore the area. Living area had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. Good size fridge.
  : Bathroom and kitchen area need bringing up to a better standard. Shower door when opened soaked the bathroom floor. Damp in bathroom rising up the walls and door frame. Not enough cutlery in the kitchen only two forks when we were a family of three. Kettle never boiled to the end would cut of early.

  : The best thing about this place is LOCATION. In the middle of the Grand Via, next to several metro stations and the train station. Easy to pick up a cab. Close to the shops, theaters and museums. The location is really unbeatable! Some people complain about the access to the room. For us was very easy. We received very clear instructions via e-mail and we got the key with no problems. But we recognize that some people can struggle with this.The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows as well .
  : The huge problem is the mold. You can smell it as soon as you enter the room. The owners really need to address this problem, since it can cause serious health issues. If you are allergic, you may face some difficulties. I would not recommend this room for children or elderly. The bathroom is really small, the shower pivot glass door is ridiculously dangerous. The shower floor is slippery what is not recommended for older people at all. The cleaning is not prestine, but I've seen worst before. A nice reformation in the bathroom actually would make this room quite lovely.
