  : Location was great, very secure once you got in to check in. Room was good. Lift was available but as we were on level one we used the beautiful staircase.
  : I thought the front desk staff at check in were less than happy to be at work. Noticed on several occasions people trying to get in (checking in) and couldn’t access the property as staff ignored the bussed, very annoying.

  : i liked the staff, they were all helpful, nice and efficient (including the maintenance and cleaning staff). the room was nice, tastefully decorated and cozy, the bathroom is spacious, the rooftop bar is cute and the restaurant they have is also nice and equipped with great staff. i didnt try the pool because it was a bit too busy for its size. the elevators are surprisingly efficient and fast for a building of this size / height. i also liked very much that they dont charge for water that you can refill in a glass bottle on every floor.
  : in the first room i got there was a strange, slightly 'eggy' smell in the room. thankfully, the hotel reacted immediately and found a new room, which i'm grateful for. but i would say that, maybe because of the location or some works in the area, unpleasant smells come through sometimes, or maybe there is some piping issue. in any case, the other room was great (even though the water drained a bit slowly in the shower, which was my guess as to why these smells happen in some rooms, but maybe its not connected).

  : The pool whilst providing a great view was a little inaccessible and didn’t look very clean , few tiles in the area were wobbly, the ladder to get in is odd, just maybe wasn’t for me because the rooftop seemed to have more non hotel guests than actual guests
