  : The hotel was under repair and nothing was advised before my booking. There was a high level of noise in the apartment and it was impossible to get some rest during the day.

  : Prime location with good size rooms, although the whole building is under construction, we managed to get in/out from the only and available side entrance. Both concierge staff are polite and attentive, female receptionist are okay, one male receptionist are rude to guests, we avoided dealing with, very shrewd and rude in answering, the other night guy is cool but I believe he doesnt speak much or dont speak English!! Breakfast area is off/ a room that was turned into breakfast area (construction work/understood) access to hotel through the side entrance is not correct. Although rooms were good size and clean.

  : The location was perfect: close enough to Gran Via but exempt from the hustle and bustle of it. It's just next to the Arguelles metro station and is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Another plus is that the room is vacuumed and tidied every day , the beds are made to perfection, and the bathroom is cleaned and provided with products from Rituals. They provide you with fluffy towels, bathrobes, and slippers. There is attention to detail.
  : The hotel is under renovation although they do give you a vague heads-up, they failed to mention that the perpetual drilling is practically non-stop from 9 am to 8 pm. This means you can not sleep in after 9 am (hello jet lag) and you can't come back for a siesta during the day since the noise reverberates. Even the breakfast room is not spared. The noise from the street can be a little overwhelming as well if you are not used to it (they really need to upgrade those windows!). Their current website does not mention any of this AT ALL. The lobby is also teeny tiny (only one avant-garde orange chair and one functional bench to sit on) , no restaurant /bar service at the hotel and the pool belongs to the next-door gym and is, are you ready for it? - one meter deep (forget swimming in it. It's for aqua gym classes) . Even on the Booking.com site, if you don't go beyond the first comments which are undated, you won't realize that the latest ones are hardly complimentary. Just keep in mind that this noise will last until the end of the year. The receptionists are unsmiling albeit perfectly polite. So honestly, try somewhere else until they finish the renovations.

  : The location was good, a walking distance from public transport and surrounded by good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The hotel was under renovation and it was not clearly described on booking. Most of the facilities are not accessible due to renovation - not according to the description on booking and not according to the offer. Hotel offers gym and swimming pool but they belong oto the external company, swimming pool must be ordered in advance for 30 minutes. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, my kids had to seat on the floor in the hall to catch some Wi-Fi.

  : Unfortunately, we found out later that there is some construction which made it difficult to find the location. It was very difficult to get from garage to the lobby and carry the luggage on the stairway! Not fun!

  : Centrally located , professional friendly staff . Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
  : Unfortunately the property is going through some construction work so not all facilities are available , bar upstairs terrace etc. However this hotel is very centrally located and I would definitely stay here again
