  : Very friendly reception. Beautiful nice and cosy room looking at the center square of Ibiza Town. I could not have wished for more. Staff was extremely helpful and outreaching. It was a warm welcome.
  : The mattress could use some replacement soon, perhaps. It was more than okay for 1 night, also for 2 or 3 nights, but maybe a bit annoying for an extended stay. Still, one of the finest overnight stays ever.

  : - room not clean- toilet without privacy. the partition in the bathroom is a plastic curtain in poor condition. I saw a naked woman. Embarrassing situation for both- Are several rooms in a close apartment and the reception is in other apartment in the same floor that is only open to make the check in. there is no security for guests-

  : The location of the accommodation in the central square of the old town and the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff for me were the premises strong points. So if these are important considerations for the discerning traveller then do consider it.
  : This accommodation is positioned on level 3 of an old building and does not have the use of an elevator. Every time you go out you'll have a climb to face upon your return, so if this is a couple of times a day, its a big consideration for travellers in the context of ones personal fitness levels. The lack of cleanliness for me is non-negotiable whether its the room, the bathroom or their supplied laundry for ones use. A couple of my personal belongings fell off the bed which was positioned up against the wall and thus landing on the inside of my single bed onto the floor. This was a struggle for me to retrieve them but with the assistance and use of a coat hanger I prevailed and at the same time was appalled to see the ball of dust that came with this manoeuvre. This area had not been hoovered for some time based on what I saw. The towels were hard indicating they were old and past use and more importantly not always clean! I fortunately had my own and chose not to use. The bathroom was shared and very basic, no privacy at all because of its location...past reception busy with guest arriving. The latch of the bathroom door didn't lock and I had to advise the receptionist I was in there each visit. The wardrobe door was broken in my room. There were no mirrors in the room at all, and so I was forced to use the one in the bathroom? The colour of paint on the walls of my bedroom, a midnight blue, made the room dark and drab. Regardless of the fact that this premises is mid-point of upgrading the rooms etc. there are just some things things that are non-negotiable like basic hygiene.
