  : The location was central to the beach and shops.
  : No kettle or tea making facilities were available in the room, so if you wanted tea you had to go down to the restaurant. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Rooms were clean enough, however they have painted the bath and that was peeling. Sinks blocked, and bathroom generally dirty. The cleaners were brilliant but just didn't have enough time to clean to a higher standard. The food was plentiful but not very tasty. No bedside lights just massive overhead lights that were too bright and the restaurant felt a bit like butlins canteen.

  : Where to start . The noise. The area. The other guests were rude and obnoxious and spoke to the woman I was with disgusting vile rude , the room above someone was . moving something around between 10pm and 5pm could not sleep beds uncomfortable lake of blankets for time off the year . I only stayed one night because I felt uncomfortable and paid for 3 nights I did complain with an email with no response or anything poor customer services . No apologies or offer of any type of refund which I was expecting an apology will never stay there again or even suggest anyone else does worst place ever stayed.

  : Nothing, as the hotel was overbooked and got moved to a different hotel. The actual room was three blocks away from reception. The sheets and pillows seemed clean, but was so knackered I didn't pay much notice.
  : The room was hot when arrived and took an age to cool down, it was a case of fry in the room for a while with the balcony door shut or just be humid and warm with a bit of breeze. The word basic just about describes the room, obviously parts of it have been involved in a fight with former occupants previously.q As for the death trap of a shower, luckily felt the scalding hot water hit my feet first, but it was like Russian roulette, is your face or body going to be scalded or will it be iced. I reported it, good luck to anybody who follows me.

  : Breakfast could have offered some healthier choices too much sugar and fatty foods. More fruits and veggie choices would have been perfect.

  : The organization in the hotel was bad, when we came to the reception, they told us they have no free rooms because their capacity is full. We made our reservation two months before. So they sent us to their other hotel in the city and as compensation they promised us all inclusive instead of half board. In other hotel there was long queue and the slowest receptionist I have ever seen. There were three receptionist and just one of them did check-in. His check-in pace was terrible and didnt care about the annoyed waiting people. Moreover we did on-line check-in before to save time and make it easy however it was useless and we had to do whole process and would also expect him to speak English a this work place. And the receptionist didnt know about the compensation promised, if we didnt tell him, we didnt get it. So this experience wasnt good and their should improve the organisation and any manager should be there to supervise the employees as it is a huge hotel.
