  : On December 7, 2023, my friends and I were robbed in Majorca at the BlueSea Mediodia hotel on Carter Street Sant Cristofol.The incident occurred around 13:40-15:00 when we went to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. Upon returning from lunch, the hotel room door was open.During our absence, the cleaning service delayed emptying the trash and replenishing toilet paper. In previous days, in addition to delaying the trash, the cleaning service also replaced bath towels, which did not happen on the day of the theft.This situation has occurred several times, as evidenced by hotel guest reviews on booking platforms (I can provide a link to other guests reviews if needed).The theft was reported to the hotel reception and the local police station. We requested access to the hotel camera recordings, but were informed that they are fake. We have a police report protocol (available for review).From my observations, hotel guests are often elderly individuals who may potentially be targeted by the cleaning service.The estimated amount of the theft is 3,000 PLN and 200 EUR. We didn't feel save at all so we spend our last night on airport instead in hotel.

  : I didn't get a good night's sleep because of noise from other rooms, corridors and outside... Even with windows and curtains closed... 1am..2am...3am!!!! Otherwise, my stay would have been excellent!
