  : Very friendly staff very clean very comfortable beds but to low for us english
  : The food wasn't very warm we brought an in inclusive and we didn't use it after 1st night also for an adults onky hotel the main bar shuts at 10pm and the sky bar opens till 12 am ..but out of the 4 days we stayed the sky bar shut for 2 of them days ..

  : Food very limited for vegetarian, usual poor choice and cold. No salad bar.Lift broken when leaving for airport at 4am, not good with limited mobility.

  : The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovations. The location is next to arenal beach, very busy and more a party spirit. Dont recommend for families. Bathrooms were broken. Beds were super uncomfortable and felt like they were about to break.

  : The location was very good, the staff was friendly, and the staff in the canteen were also friendly.
  : The beds were bad, they made noises when sleeping, the rooms were not insulated as you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We asked to change the room, but this was not approved. We went out in the morning and I locked the room door, and when I returned in the evening, I found the room door and the balcony open. Fortunately, I did not lose any of my belongings, but I find this to be a great negligence. The staff apologized for this. The food was a varied open buffet and the service was good, but I wish they would take more care with the dinner food, as the chicken was sometimes not cooked well.
