: The staff were so lovely we were greeted with glass of Carva, on my partners birthday they had put a bottle in there while were were out, we hadnt even told them it was his birthday. Booked taxi back to airport with ease, breakfast lovely. Pool was heated always a bonus
: Not a lot bad to say we couldnt really sit on the balcony because there was a lot of building work going on out there Im sure once that is all done it will be amazing

: Really good location close to shops, bars and restaurants.Very clean, rooms well decorated and there's on going works to update which will look fantastic once complete.Lovely breakfast and pool bar. Lunch was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
: Noise is horrific. As I'm pregnant, we upgraded our room to a junior suite but we're quite disappointed to be positioned right in the main walkway in and out and next to staff entrance/cleaning area. We would have extensive noise from drunk guests from 10pm to 3am, to then be woken up by cleaning staff anywhere between 630 and 730. After repeating with other guests appears to be same problem with other rooms, some believing as the doors didn't shut entirely leaving a small gap that this could be the cause. Pool bar closes 6pm - would be nice to be open in evening.Pools are very deep here - worth noting if not a strong swimmer or have small children. Evening food didn't look particularly good but plenty of restaurants around close by at cheaper cost. Some guests received free gifts on arrival and others didn't - these weren't special requests or paid as optional extra. Would've been nice if all treated the same.

: Excellent location, great pools. Large spacious rooms. Perfect location.
: Breakfast had to be included and not an option, its ok but becomes repetitive. If youre happy with buffet breakfast then I wouldnt hesitate to book.
