  : The villa was great, extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. Its exceeded our expectations based on the photos. Its huge. Outside space and pool were great. Had all mod cons. Couldnt fault it. Easy to check in and felt very secure.
  : Its not close to the centre of Costa Teguise, so a car is needed. There is a local Restaurant within walking distance though and a large Spar 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is some noise from the road.

  : Villa was very well finished, well equipped, great shower pressure, lovely location. The pool caught most of the days sunshine too. It was also really clean, little things like no limescale in the kettle etc which we appreciated.
  : It would have been awesome if the pool was heated, even if it was a payable extra. Also, the double beds felt slightly worn but appreciate this happens.

  : The Villas were fantastic, excellent layouts and facilities. They are situated on the outskirts of town in a quiet residential area which suited us, that said Taxis to the centre were only 4-5 so no biggy if you wanted to go in and out if town regularly. I think the hosts pretty much catered for everything that was required in the villa for our stay. Added bonus of pool/fusbal/ping pong tables in the basement added to the enjoyment. Nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk away so ideal for those who dont hire a car. The host Carla was fabulous, helpful and informative, we will definitely stay again.
  : I suppose of I was to pick any holes it would be the fact that the pools were very cold so would prefer climatized/heated pool and would be ideal if a few bars within walking distance, nearest tapas (very nice indeed) was a ten minute walk away but other than that bars and restaurants are 20/25 min walk away. I would do away with the tree in A12 as spent most of day clearing leaves out of pool.

  : Its a bit of a long way into the town centre but is definitely walkable.

  : Amazing villa - so spacious and lots of home comforts. Pool was a great size and it was enclosed so felt safe for kids.
  : So sorry didnt want to leave anything negative but the wifi did not work at all upstairs - maybe a booster would help.

  : It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, the outside area was fantastic, it was super quiet. Small Issues reported (no chopping board and issues with en suite shower) were dealt with the same day which was fantastic, Carla was lovely to deal with and we were able to arrange a late check out
  : The pool was freezing, even the kids struggled to play in it for more than 20 minutes at a time. Even in July with an outside temp of 28 the pool was unbearably cold. There was no air con in the second double bedroom and even though we were given fans it made little difference. That room needed air con.

  : Villa was well kept and the teams who prep the villa even left washing powder and general household necessities so you start your holiday as soon as you get there and not with a walk to the supermarket. My family really loved the villa and the way it was set up for relaxing and playing.
  : The pool is cold, we used it plenty but in short stints. It didn't get lots of sun in the morning due to its location and then in the afternoon there is a large palm tree to block some more of the low sun. So the pool doesn't warm on its own and any heater it has needs to be set on longer or a higher temp maybe? The only other little thing is the location of the villa, it is stated how far it is from the resort of course but in reality it is up to an hour to walk, that being said 5 Euros for a quick cab ride is affordable so not the end of the world really.

  : It was such a lovely stay with our family, 2 adults and 2 girls of 14 and 11. We enjoyed the size of the house, the pool, the table tennis table and kitchen. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and washing machine but it was promptly repaired by friendly service man. It was very central in the island with shop on walking distance. The terrace had most of the time shadow, just in the late afternoon it could get warm there.
  : The beds where a bit too hard to all our liking and the road can be busy, but not too much of a trouble.
