  : The location is for me perfect, the staff are all efficient friendly and helpful. The food is good and good choices. I had some friends up for dinnner and they were impressed by how friendly the restaurant staff were one was a disabled lady and Juan Franciso made her laugh with his chat. I had need to use the reception services on two occasions and they were efficient knowledgeable and kind. I had to change my room and the manager oversaw that the move was effortless for me. Ir was a wonderful stay. The sound of the date palm garden at night on the ba;conyis like the sea

  : Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar and pool area were good.
  : The food was poor. It was not a great selection, but what was there kept running out, and you'd be waiting quite a while for the trays to be refilled.

  : Th staff were very nice. Overall the lifeguard woman. Vanessa was the best. Always there with a beautiful smile. They 2 are the best.
  : The food. That was the worst thing of all the hotel. To be a 4 star I dont give more of 2 star to the food. Dry, no taste. The only good thing I eat was De Pata asada. In the middle of the stay cocktails were removed. And in the pool dry sandwiches and always hot-dog. So I dont give at all a 4 star. And for the money you pay it isnt a good value. And with no restaurant la cart. And the animation team 0 presence. No interaction with customers. Ocean only focused in the French people, but only in reception. The other French girl I only saw she twice. Ale very funny in the pool but that was all. Poor shows. They need more customers interaction. Vanessa was the only one who was there and try to bring customers to do activities.

  : The only few positive about my stay at the hotel was the swimming pool and the bar staff.
  : The male manager that covered the night shift is racist. The choice of food was poor. Our balcony view was a building site! The mattress was old and not fit for purpose. We had many more issues but to sum it all up, its a poor hotel not worth the money. Its at best a 2star hotel but there are better accommodations near by.
