  : Nice decor and very central location 3 mins walking to the town center. Rooms are well cleaned and the bed is very comfortable.
  : Previous year room was way better. This year room a bit too small and the room wooden doors are too noisy and could be annoying over night. Shower water pressure not the best.

  : Unfortunately our room window had a shutter in front of it that was permanently closed We had seen reviews stating this is a boutique hotel, it is very much a basic guesthouse with minimal staff communicationOther issues were no soap in the room, door key very difficult to lock. There is also no parking despite saying there is, fortunately there is free on street parking a short walk away

  : Excellent location, friendly host who met us on arrival and allowed us to check in early! Easy free street parking nearby as well as the hotel being easy walking distance to all main Ciutadella attractions. We had the room with the terrace and we loved it - felt peaceful and like a home from home. Bathroom was huge and lovely and the host cleaned our room everyday which was a lovely surprise. Safe in room for security and a mini fridge too so we bought our own water and beers to enjoy at our leisure! The communal kitchen had free coffee and snacks as well as a large fridge too. The hotel also had umbrellas to borrow for the beach which was great - saves you buying one to leave behind!
  : We paid extra for a room with a terrace - which was lovely to have, however it was clear from the booking description or from previous reviews that there is also a communal terrace and a nice place to sit around the pool too!
