  : The views were great and the food was exceptional.
  : I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this one has to be the worst. It is so poorly run. The worse part was the lack of understanding regarding the current situation with covid. There are help yourself drinking taps around the hotel where people are filling up water bottles drinking from them and putting the bottles against the taps to refill them. This was pointed out to the hotel and several occasions and although they were shocked to hear it, they did nothing about it. Also, the sunbeds are crammed close together around the pool and people are smoking all over the place. Again this was pointed out to the hotel and Again, shocked but no action taken. Room cleaning was very poor. Guests were allowed to walk through the hotel soaking wet in nothing but swimwear leaving puddles of water all over the marble floors. Finally, the food was outstanding but was spoilt by the fact that everyone was crammed into one restaurant which was so bright that you needed sun glasses on. They could have used the pool bars and show cased their food skills to make a nice dining experience and take the pressure off of the main restaurant. In addition, it was clearly signed that there was a dress code but unfortunately, once again, they did nothing about it with many people turning up for dinner in their swimwear or vest and flip flops.

  : The location was perfect. The staff were polite and courteous. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the waiting staff very efficient. We had a problem with our mattress but once reported to the reception staff the next time we went to our room the problem had been dealt with. Excellent.
  : The food was ok but not fantastic. I live in Spain so made our own way there and I discovered that it wouldve been cheaper for me to fly to the UK and book a package holiday through TUI so not very impressed with that little fact. But overall an enjoyable stay

  : I like the creek just beside the hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and good service.
  : Tiny little pillows. I dont undestand why it was like that. Anyway I Requested 2 extra ones.

  : Horrible food, all fried and full of fat. Cant describe with words how horrible the quality and variety of the food was, definitely not 4 starts. Also, very loud noise in the room from some air condition or boiler, that I could hear the whole day and night, not even with ear plugs.... Found a cockroach in the terrace. The toilet of the bathroom was so close to the sink that I had to lift my arm to fit (Im quite thin)...I feel robbed, very expensive, thought I was making myself a treat going to this hotel. Extremely dissapointed. Will never return.

  : The location of this hotel is very good, next to Cala en Forcat, a very quiet zone. It offers beautiful views of the mediterranean sea.
  : Our room was not very clean at our arrival: there was a bottle's cap under the bed, and one of the han towels had a red stain. They give a free bottle of water per guest, but only one for the whole stay. We had breakfast and dinner included, but to our surprise and confusion, the tab water was not included in the dinner, only for breakfast. So, we were very thirsty at night after having dinner. We had to buy bottles of water in a supermarket every day. They didn't mention anything about this at the time of booking. The hotel price isn't cheap at all so as to not offer tab water to their guests with meals. I haven't seen anything like it before in a so-called 4-star hotel. Outrageous.
