  : Staff were extremely helpful. I left my bag on the bud on the way to the hotel and one of the staff members organised its return even driving to the bus stop herself to retrieve. Huge Thankyou to her!

  : Reception staff were all super friendly and helpful! We had a surprise upgrade to the best suite in the entire hotel (apartment 10 penthouse with sea view) after originally booking a standard room. Im not sure why we were given this but it was amazing. The view from the terrace provided the best sunset we saw in Menorca and would recommend to anyone to book a room with sea view! We also enquired about restaurant recommendations and were provided six or so places of which we tried two and had a great meal each time. Finally there is plenty of parking spaces directly outside the hotel and its only a 10 minute walk into the harbour/town area.
  : Its hard to complain about anything during our experience here but a proper double bed would have been preferable over the two singles pushed together. However the beds/pillows were comfortable and clean.
