  : The pool staff and the animators were very friendly and had a lot of energy. The drinks were good and were available throgout the hotel, so we didn't had to wait very long to get served. The breakfast was also good.
  : The hotel was supposedly family-friendly, but we quickly understood that this wasn't true. We had a baby with us, and we had a lot of troubles that could have been avoided. First, there was no food for little children or babies; the food was very basic, always the same, and mostly for adults. Even the thematic restaurants, which require reservations, only had a small part of the menu of the bigger one. They had closing times (it's the first time at a resort that I've seen this), which don't match with baby needs because they don't have the same routines and they can't wait. The rooms were cleaned very late; we had to wait until around 15 p.m. most of the days, so we couldn't go put our son to sleep because the room wasn't ready. At the check-in, being the first ones on the line, we had to wait more than 5 minutes, looking at a 5-person staff present in a very lively conversation with each other. The beach towels smelled musty and were very worn. Some of the towels had holes in them.

  : Good access to the beach.
  : Worst value for money. The rooms are spacious but not very clean - our bathroom had some signs of mould appearing and we had lots of fruit flies impossible to get rid off. The pools are packed, impossible to swim there, with kids screaming and jumping everywhere (even in the adult only pool). The kids jump and splash water next to you, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the water. The water itself seemed dirty with at least 20% of piss. Adult only pool is very small and under 1m deep! All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are very mediocre and there is no option to purchase anything. The beach is amazing but the hotel does not provide any plank beds - you have to use the towel. You cannot change the towels more than once per day, even if they are soaking wet. The entertainment is dull and short. The Friday party is not very good either - it had go go dancers and kids filming them, making it very awkward to be there. The food is not great either. The buffet seems more like a food court in a mall. The restaurants are a bit better, but some were fully booked. Once again, kids screaming, crying and running everywhere. The worse resort Ive ever stayed in. Just a total waste of money.

  : The beach is wonderful. The catering offered was varied and fresh. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and the hotel complex is very well maintained.
  : We didnt find it relaxing as the complex is really big with loads of guests which we hadnt realised at the time of booking.

  : The room was lovey ,the view was nice too,personal very nice, The white night was fantastic, weve noticed some people that used to do the entertainment are not there now, as weve got to know them over times weve been there.
  : Was a little noises in the large restaurant. Dolce Vita restaurante was fantastic

  : We liked the food and that everything was easy access, The staff was friendly and helpfull. The fact that the hotel is located next to beach is also a plus
  : The only down part is that room smelled like humidity and could be cleaner.
