  : Pool was great, indoor pool option was also great. Weather wasn't perfect for outside pool activities all day, however, the indoor pool temperature was nice. The staff in the arcade hall were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are nice.
  : The gentleman that managed the entry of the dining hall was a bit rude also when we explained that we had upgraded our package to include meals, but hadn't been given the wristbands to prove it to him. The evening meals need work, they are very basic and on one occasion my chicken was not cooked properly inside. It put me off enjoying the meals on site to be honest. I wish I had explored dining options outside instead. A floor tile in our room on the floor was broken and protruding the entire stay. We reported it on leaving. It's a family hotel, and families, with kids like mine, like to bring alone a nintendo switch etc... to keep the kids entertained in evenings, or inbetween late afternoon to evening time when we are in the room, not having access to the TV's HDMI port to plug it in was unfortunate. Not a deal breaker by any means, but would have been a nice to have. One of the evening 'Events' was the football being shown on the TV at the bar.... this is not an 'event'. My wife lost an earing in the indoor pool, we asked if the filters could be checked, and we were met with a shrugs.

  : Great service, room is spacious. There are four swimming pools, all decent size. It's been windy when we were there and spent most of the time in the indoor pool.Good variety at buffet, nothing impressive but good standard.

  : As there was holidays in several towns near the hotel, there were many local tourism without manners in many terms specially with maintaining clean the hotel. Sometimes there was a weed smell in the ambient.

  : The staff were friendly throughout the hotel. I had the opportunity to join the Aerobics class with Agatha on Monday. Tuesday morning. She was brilliant. Organised a very great personal class. I would definitely repeat this. My children loved the activity centre where they could happily play pool and table tennis
  : My check in took over 1.5 hours. Prior to my arrival I had tried contacting both the hotel and bookings.com to advise them that I wanted to add an extra child to my booking. No-one from the hotel responded to my online query and the reservations number on their website and the number on bookings could not be reached despite several attempts to call. On arrival the hotel told me I couldnt change my reservation with them but could ring bookings.com. The first call to them lasted 25mins (most of this on hold as bookings.com didnt have the correct number for the hotel). I took my phone inside and asked bookings and hotel staff to communicate through that but they refused. I supplied bookings with the correct number for the hotel and they agreed to keep me on hold and call the hotel. No-one called me back so I made another call to bookings and this time started the whole saga again. This call went on for 45mins in which time the person I spoke to said they had changed the number of occupants and that i should proceed to reception. I asked him to stay online as my battery was low and I wouldnt be able to ring back again. At the hotel desk they refused to honour the change to the booking and said they had explained this to bookings staff so I was left paying for an additional room. I found this situation really stressful and totally unavoidable. Whilst all of this was going on I was trying to supervise the three children with me and was just being sent back and forth between the hotel and bookings. If I had been given the right advice in the first place and if the hotel and bookings had responded to my query when it was raised. Then, when I arrived at my rooms to find that one could have easily accommodated the 3 children I was really annoyed.
