  : Check in horrible experience ,unfriendly and did not feel welcome,this is the first impression......other guests were offered a drink....outside restsurant was also a very bad experience first night after this we moved to the inside

  : food beach staff all were fantastic and its new look is great very clean the staff are there full of fun and very well trained the hotel management are on hand all the time to help if they are needed for you attention the Beach Bar is fantastic also , it has a very extensive menu of food and drinks Which is great if you are having a day at the beach.
  : i must say the open air outside bar is very big i suggest one area screened off .as a nice quiet part of that out door pool area , so you can slip in that section and have a few couches and tables for some private chats and drinks with you own friends it give the option to have that quiet area back like it was a few years ago ,oh turn down the fragrance a little in the reception area its vert strong it nice but maybe needs to be just a little less

  : Hotel was amazing and kept spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms and stunning view from our balcony. Comfortable beds and plenty of drawer space. The no smoking except in certain areas was adhered to which was a bonus.
  : The buffet food was only just ok. The meats and fish were good but accompanying vegetables were overcooked and always cold. Weve stayed a couple of times at the hipotel in Majorca and the food was far superior. A kettle and cups were provided in the rooms but no tea or coffee which I found strange
