  : The location is perfect and stuff is also super friendly and helpful.
  : After the 20+ hour trip, we ran for shower right after check-in. However, we got cold water during shower and later we were told that our room was newly decorated and using a water tank. 30-45mins interval is required between showers. This bothered me during our stay as we are a group of four. The other dislike is the noise. Our room faces street, so we heard all kinds of sounds from morning to evening. Moreover, the metro goes under the building as I can feel the rumble and tremble from time to time.

  : Amazing location! Only a few minutes walk from Plaa de Catalunya, and the closest Metro station was Universitat, across from the entrance to the building of the Serennia Exclusive Rooms. The entrance is not like a conventional hotel, almost like an entrance to a building. You just press the buzzer and they will let you in. Check-in was done on the top floor (A) which is equivalent to the 8th floor of the building. There is a lovely cafe 365 right next door where you can grab a quick breakfast and their freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely!
  : Hot water ran out in the evening after running a bath. There was enough hot water to fill up a bath but not twice! The first room we were shown did not have any views. There were windows but all greyed out, thus we asked to change a room with large windows, which was accommodated promptly and we were very happy with our room! You must remember that the place is located really centrally. The rooms facing the main road means some noises are inevitable. We did not mind it at all, rather enjoyed being in the center of Barcelona but if you would like a quiet room, I would ask for a quiet room.

  : Excellent location, All are within walking distance. The room space is quite good. Breakfast facility not available though. Overall I loved the space and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

  : Great location, nice to have a fridge and safe in the room. Also liked that toiletries and water were refreshed every day.
