  : Great location within walking distance of major attractions such as La Rambla, Placa de Catalunya, Mercat de la Boqueria, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila. It was convenient to get to via subway and one of the major airbus stops is two blocks away, making the way back to the airport easy and convenient. Staff were super friendly and responsive to us. Check-in was easy and fast. It had a well-stocked kitchen that would have made it easy for us to cook our own meals, had we wanted to.
  : Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little more often, given that multiple rooms were sharing the two. It was humid within the building from the constant laundry that was being done to keep the linen clean. There is no reception area, so there is not any luggage storage available. Did not appreciate some of the louder guests that stayed next door for a few nights, but not something that the property could have done anything about.

  : The staff was really rude. Not very clear with instructions. Their credit card payment does not work correctly tried many cards until the 3rd one worked and they didn't allowed us to get into the appartement without paying. Nassim has a horrible English level and does not speak the local language. The restrooms are few compared to all the rooms in the appartement it was not clear on the website it may you think you share with another family but no, you share with 3 other rooms that have at least 2 or more people inside so it's a bit complicated to share 2 bathrooms for a lot of people.the washing machine on the appartement we are not allowed to use this is so stupid since travelers need this kind of hous supplies. The extra charge for late check-inis an insult no hotel charges you 25 euros for late check-in. They should use like so many other establishments around the world, a lock but they want to take advantage of customers and charge a huge amount of money. The appartement is very well located but the price to pay is so much noise 24/7 outside, it's not well isolated.Toilet paper runs out so quick had to buy our own and kept in the room because the stsff was not putting back again.
