  : Location is super. But room is a little too small and no tea or coffee. Front office staff needs to improve customer service.
  : No boiling water facility to make tea or coffee .

  : This was an excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff in an excellent location.
  : My only concern was the deep rumbling sound of the metro. That's the price for it's excellent location near a metro station.

  : The location and the member of the staff Andre, as he was very helpful. The cleaner was also helpful.
  : The first person I met was a male staff member who was a bit rude in his attitude. Although he was quick in delivering the room, he gave me room 101, which was not the room I was expecting when I click on booking. Additionally, every time I wanted to ask for something, the staff members had their computers over the counter and avoided eye contact with the clients. This happened with one of the girls. When I first wanted to complain, about the room and the shower that it was broken, and also the pressure of it, she greeted me rudely with 'What do you want?' but changed her greeting when she realised I was a customer.

  : The location was great. Central to everything we wanted to do. They have onsite lockers to leave your luggage while you tour.
  : It was very bare basics. Just a bed in the room and small side tables. No chair or table. The bathroom was very basic. There was shower gel but No hand soap. There was 1 small roll of TP and we had to go to the front desk to get more. The room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. The phone is plugged in but not connected to any hotel services. The AC works but is installed in the window in such a way as to make the outside noises very loud. Street noise kept us up at night.
