  : Breakfast is fine, location is good, overall facility is fine if you are lucky to get normal room.
  : We stayed in this facility from 12th - 17th April 2024 (2 adults 2 children). Paid the full amount (1134 eur) in advance on 11th March (1 month before our arrival). We arrived on Friday at 11pm and received keys to room101 (THE worst room in whole building). Room was not suitable for us, not booked by us and overall had terrible conditions. It is a technical space adapted to be a hotel room. I had asked 4 times for room change and even in a talk with the manager, room change was not welcomed. No one contacted or approached us, only due tooureffort we finally changed rooms on Monday after 3 nights. If you get room numbers from 101 - 106, basically you are fooled for your money. After a lot of time and effort we got a 20% refund, which I consider not fair.

  : A quiet place, farer from city centre (20 mins walk), but near the metro station. Lots of Restaurants, Supermercados, Bakeries etc in walking distance. Value for money.
  : Can't say anything. The double bed could be larger :-)

  : No soundproofing in rooms. Very noisy from upstairs guests

  : Very convenient location, next to the metro station, 15 minutes walk to Sants train station, maybe 30 minutes to Plaza de Catalonia. Small kitchen is very functional. Beds are comfortable. Shower has endless amount of hot water.
  : No proper ventilation in the shower, so it gets very humid in the bathroom. A big knife and the kitchen towel would help.
