  : Everything was fine. Just I hope the owner can prepare the apartment better next time, not enough towels for all people on the apartment, the card key not working properly and the shower drainer don't work properly. Something for the next customer BE AWARE THE APARTMENT is located around 3km for the place are you need to pick the card key and the place you should be make the check-in is a little be weird it and a big problem when you bring luggages you need to paid taxi two time or get the metro to arrived to the apartment.

  : Great value for your money, location was excellent, the apartment had pretty much everything you need, and it also had a view.The only issue was the shower leaking a bit, other than that everything was just great! Id definitely will go back!

  : I was hugely disappointed in the poor quality of kitchen utensils. Some plates were chipped and came in odd number.Cutlery was of poor quality and kitchen knives were completely blunt. No binliners or detergents or cleaning equipment provided and only one half a role of toiletpaper supplied per bathroom. No toaster in the apartment and kettle proved to be faulty( does not switch off) For the price we paid we expected much more

  : Great location, at walking distance to Passeig de Gracia and Las Ramblas. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, and basic but nice decoration. The floor was in need of some care, due probably to some leakage from the bathroom, but all in all it was very nice. They left available 1 dishwasher tablet per day, and they had some teeth cleaning free packs and soap bars, as well as gel/shampoo, which was a nice touch more expected from a hotel than from an apartment.
  : The fact that the reception is not in the same building is an inconvenience. The night we arrived the second door of the building was broken so we could not open it nor use the intercom, and it would have been helpful to have help onsite. However, the location where the reception is based at is very convenient if you arrive by train to Sants Train Station. And also the staff were very helpful and answered my messages really quickly, although the second door inside the building and the intercom remained broken, they had ensured to leave the door open - but anybody could have closed it and the problem would have persisted. Also the hairdryer didn't work and we only got 2 toilet rolls for 5 people for the whole of the stay. And the one thing I thought was very odd was the fact that the apartment didn't have a toaster.

  : Location was good
  : Dark, dismal apartment with awful outlook onto other apartments: 2nd bedroom opened onto walled, cavernous space. No relationship whatsoever between pictures on Booking.com and this apartment: photos depicted bright, sun filled colourful apartments in trendy building. Extremely disappointing. Bathroom 2 was small, dark and barely room to turn around in the shower. 2nd bedroom so depressing that I slept on the couch in the lounge area. Freezer needed defrosting; was covered in old ice.

  : Location was excellent. We were within walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The apartment was tidy and clean.
  : Overall pretty good although the key pickup rigmarole is annoying. Electric jug didnt work so we had to boil water on the stove.
