  : Sercotel Arenal is wonderfully located in Casco Viejo, the old town, and very close to many attractions. Our room on the 4th floor was quite spacious, with comfortable beds and spotless cleanliness. They took care of the cleanliness and replenished the coffee capsules daily. From the huge windows, we could see Arenal Park directly opposite, Teatro Arriaga to the right, and San Nicolas church to the left. We spent hours gazing at the view. The staff was always smiling and very polite. It was a stay that we all genuinely enjoyed, and we would definitely choose it again.
  : I have allergies, including a dust mite allergy, and our son has flare-ups of atopic dermatitis. During our stay, my allergic rhinitis worsened so much that one antihistamine pill wasn't enough, and I had to take two. The same happened with our son's atopic dermatitis; he started scratching frantically. As I mentioned earlier, the room was spotless. The only thing I can suspect, without being 100% sure, is the potential presence of dust mites in the mattress. Just a friendly suggestion to check it out. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic time!

  : We stayed here twice either side of a trip to Madrid. The first "basic" room we had, on the top floor, was in fact very spacious, with an almost equally big bathroom. Windows were in the roof, so there was no view, but it wasn't really needed when we were going out and about.
  : My suggestion for a future stay would be to provide the rooms with fans as the rooms could be stuffy with the windows closed - I wasn't sure there was A/C although I prefer fans anyway.

  : Perfect location to explore the old town, nice staff and good rooms with nice shower and comfy beds! It does not have a bar but there are plenty near by.
  : For the money we paid it is very good value for money and there is nothing not to like about the Sercotel Arenal
