  : The staff were excellent , especially Oxcanna , with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. She is worth her weight in gold . From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : Perhaps the bar closing in the evening was a little strange, as we were part of a group we had to meet up elsewhere.

  : The location, cleanliness, good breakfast.
  : Better quality toiletries in line with the room price. Staff were professional and friendly, especially Monica and Jose.Ladies who did the housekeeping in the rooms were excellent. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice,but at times it took a while for breakfast items to be replenished. We were here to celebrate my brother's birthday, which was on one of the days we stayed in the hotel. I had informed them of this. However, was disappointed that the hotel did not mark his birthday by a little card in his room or even a small complimentary drink. Most hotels will do this. Very disappointed.Also, tea/coffee tray in room or in foyer would be nice. There was a station in the foyer, but it was only available after the restaurant and bar closed. After that, it was always covered up. As we were leaving the hotel, the staff on duty were very impersonal. I had to initiate the farewell, and thanks. They did not say thanks for staying and have a pleasant onward journey. These are only small matters, but in the hospitality business, they are so important. We had been their guests for a 5 night stay, so a little bit more attention would have been expected.

  : A very large room with a huge, comfortable bed. good bathroom with lots of hot water. the breakfast was a superb buffet with loads of choice, both hot and cold. Lovely rolls.
  : only the pillows, but everyone's taste differs.

  : Cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant at breakfast, extra bed in the room could use a good cleanning, rooms on lower floors had a bad smell and we had to change it for another room.
