  : Unfortunately the elevator was not working for 3 days. We had to go to the 4th floor all the time by the stairs and first day with luggage. But good for our condition after the delicious pinxtos breakfast is 8 euro per person, choise is limited but enough and fresh made

  : it was a great location and central very clean
  : there was no staff on site at check in time literally its all done remotely which is fine but there was a real delay to get my key as we booked my additional room last minute also the elevator didnt work which isnt there fault but no one was working on it for most of the time and as I was on the 4 th floor ( more like 6 sets of stairs) with a huge suitcase it would have been great to get help or something??

  : Clean and bright. Lovely shower. Good breakfast, well stocked and fresh. Good soundproofing and air conditioning. Lovely staff.
  : We had booked 2 X 12m2 rooms and got one very small for family of 4 (with helpful additional free cot) and the other more spacious with balcony for 1 person. Needless to say we swapped. The breakfast was 8 extra per person per day and 4 extra per child. Too expensive children should be free! The lift was broken for 3 of the 4 days of our stay. We had a buggy with 1 and 4 year old, and a pensioner in our party. Breakfast is on 4th floor. Not good enough. Quite rude phone call one night with one staff member when my room key would not work and had 2 children wanting to go to bed. Eventually was given the location of a master key. Neither of us wanted to be in that situation, could have been done more quickly and with more grace. The property purports to be on board with No Planet B for the purposes of only changing towels for a 2 fee. Totally on board with that. Contradicts the single use coffee pods, plastic coated tea bags and plastic pot single condiments at breakfast, and the free non-recycled plastic toothbrushes, combs etc in the rooms.
